Hi Just a little silly question but this week my tea intake has gone up, but I dont know what to take per cup (cal), I have it white with 1 sweetener and skimmed milk just a tad. How many calories would you think it is I been taking 15 cals per cup.

What does everyone else take for Tea /coffee. :)

Hi Shep, I try to keep to ½pt skimmed milk per day & divide that between my coffees. Must admit I cheat sometimes.

I don't drink milk, so I figure this earns me one coffee with sweetener and 2 x coffeemates. I drink all teas black.

I do miss my filter coffee, though... which I'm drinking much less of because I have it sweeter than instant, and 2 sweeteners just don't taste the same!

    Hiya.

I have my tea with 2 sweeteners and 50ml of milk (really milky) and that works out 29Kcal, so if you only have a splash of milk that sounds about right
