Hi, randomly came across the site and loved it....has lots of great advice and tips!

really inspired by sum of the success stories ive seen! :D

currently really motivated to shift the last to reach my target :D :D

I follow weight watchers but am no longer a member have no time that fits any meeting times!! :mad: so just basically eating right and exercising when i can.

thanks for any tips i get from the sight
