Hi Everyone! I’m a newbie and in need of some serious motivation

:sign0144:I joined SW last year and have lost nearly two stone. I've would like to say I have been doing SW for over a year, but it's been more just going to the SW weighing for the last 3 Months :sigh:

The weighing every week must have helped me maintain subconsciously because the highest I put on was a 3lb over a busy weekend then I've lost it again not really trying. I'm just starting to feel really unhealthy again and I have been unwell a lot lately:sick:, so I know I'm in need of getting my diet under control. I was hoping by using the forum it could give me some motivation to get back in to the SW lifestyle because I'm starting to think about giving up:giveup:. I would be thankful for any help or tips x
