Hi everyone

I have piled weight back on. I keep trying weight watchers and slimming world but I end up eating more that I should do. I thought I would give the low carb another go. I really need some ideas with food though because the only problem that I have with this plan is that I get bored very easily.

welcome back shelby.. me too I've started back on atkins, when 2 years ago I lost 50 pounds on the diet only just to put it back on in a year and 1/2.

There is a sticky that has great receipes and also there are some websites where you can order some low carb products..

good luck and I know you can do it...
