Hi, im Stephanie,
very new to all this although unfortunately not new to diets!
Been on orlistat for 2 weeks now and not seeing any results .... well apart from the 5 pound weight gain !!
Having posted my first thread in orlistat section i have received some great advice and am now ready to try again . Fingers crossed now that i have people to talk to about my long and hard weight loss journey i will eventually beat this !!!!

Stick at it, i lost 38lbs with no ill effects, although made me a little gugly sometimes
