    Hi, Just thought i'd introduce myself. Am new to this site and am desperate to lose quite a lot of weight. I thought it might help to post here and see my ticker moving (hopefully) down!!!

    Been reading lots of posts and have found them helpful since I started calorie counting the last 2 weeks.:)

    Small loss this week - only 1.1lb (not sure I deserved that!!!)

    I find it so hard when I'm out the office and my normal routine is disrupted, luckily I'm not out of office to often!!!!
