My name is Clare, im 31 and I live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Ive on and off followed SW eating plans for about 10 years but on and off have had several health problems and have found it hard to stick to. Im well at the moment and want to make a big change to the size of my middle.
My GP recently offered me Orlistat tablets and asked if I was interested in surgical obesity procedures (wasnt even there with weight related problems!). Made me realise that I need to do something about it - It didnt feel nice at all.
I hate all excercise, but ive bought a Wii to try and get over that!!
Wish me luck... Ill need it.
