I am back after being away from here for 2 long!
This time I am doing slimming world extra easy online and started last Thursday.
Looking forward to finding my way around the site as I get familiar with my eating plan

Love ww but I was only kidding myself lately that I was following the plan, so thought I'd give sw a go!
Stopped smoking in Jan this year and put on almost 2 st which I will shift!

Yes i am the one who runs although since the marathon my running has been rather sporadic. :-(
