Hi all, I have just joined up here, although I have done Weight watchers on and off for the past 7 years.
I'm not hugely overweight, but could do with shedding about 20lbs. I lost weight earlier this year, and was happy with the results, but I've piled it all back on again!
When I'm in the right frame of mind, I do well, but sticking at it is my problem! I'm looking forward to starting the WW plan next week - hopefully a change of plan will up my motivation and keep me interested for a bit longer!
