Hi all

I have just signed up to SW online tonight.

I have been looking at MiniMins for a while and decided it was time for me to try keeping a online diary/Blog to see if it will help me loose these extra pounds that have crept back on.

At my heaviest I was 13st 11lbs. That was a few years ago. I have tried numerous diets, Atkins, Scottish Slimmers and calorie counting at home.

I am hoping that SW will be a new way of eating for the whole family.

I will try to write most days, but work 4 X 12 hour shifts so not always easy to find time when working.

Hi Islemissy and welcome! I'm also doing SW, am on my 3rd day now. Have got a long way to go but taking baby steps to get there.

Well done on your weight loss, it is amazing:D

I have just done my weekly weigh in and has lost 3lbs:D

not been easy getting used to sw plan as I work shifts but getting there slowly.
