Hi all, just thought I'd introdue myself as I'm a newbie.
Last year I lost 5st through The Cambridge Diet but when I came off I put over 1st back on. I've decided WW is the way forward for me now as it's not as drastic.
I've managed to loose 11.75lbs in the first 3 weeks hoping to hit 1st when I weigh myself again tomorrow! I'm not going to classes, but I do have accesses to all the pamphlets etc.
