Fabulous loss hun.....I also suffered with dizziness when standing but it does go honestly, your body is still getting used to the reduced calories.....

Keep up the fab work....you can do it

Congratulations 10lbs is a brilliant loss!
I still feel dizzy now, try to get up slowly and make sure you are having enough water

Well done on the loss. Like Clair said I was dizzy most of my last journey on LT. Some recommend upping your water intake to help. Good luck for weigh in number 2.

well done thats a great loss, we are all hedding in a good direction. I lost 9lb last week which was week 1. Can't wait til next monday.:)
