Hello

I started the 5:2 yesterday. I think that this maybe the plan for me!

I did LighterLife two years ago and lost 6 stones. I'm struggling with 'eating normally' and want to get back to my target. Annoyingly, I've got a knee injury at the moment, so I cant do any of my exercise classes. I cant believe how unhappy this is making me. I have changed a little bit lol.

Look forward to chatting to you all :)

Hiya and welcome. I did Cambridge before and find this a lot easier, although you don't get the big losses like you do on a vlcd.

good luck with 5:2, hope you enjoyx

2lbs lost this week. I'm happy with that, as I went a bit overboard at the weekend with birthday celebrations.

I think this way of eating suits me :)

Well done. 2lbs is fantastic, especially if you went overboard. Shows how well this diet works :). I hope you had a lovely birthday x
I did thanks, although I ended up fasting on my actual birthday which was Sunday. This was OK as we went out on Friday and I had prosecco and nibbles with Mum and the aunties and SIL on Saturday :)
