Hi guys i'm new

During the last two Years i have gained nearly three stone. I know it's bad. :-( for some reason I just couldn't stop eating. I would eat and eat and eat. During the last three weeks I came down with the most dreadful flu and I have hardly eaten. For some reason I find it difficult to eat when I feel Ill. All I done was drink lots of water. I have only managed to lose half a stone which doesn't bother me. I am finally glad that I realized that I should only eat when I'm hungry. In some way I see food in a different light now. So I'm hoping to shed the pounds finally and forever now. What type of diets do you guys recommend for fast healthy weight loss? Any replies will be welcomed.x
