Hi Guys!

#1
Hey guys, great to see everyone doing so well!! Have been eating so healthily and exercising loads for the last few weeks since refeed but have been stuck at 10.5 stone for last couple of weeks, just not budging on the scales at all. Any advice anyone??:help2:

hiya, my mam-in-law was saying how she is finding it tougher to lose as she has very very little body fat left??? i know that when somebody hits a plateau their body needs a shock to wake up again and let go of the weight! i'd try dropping cals for about 3 days and then putting them up again for 3.. make sure you are eating a variety of food not the same each day!!! :D congrats on your loss!!!! amazing!

are you still drinking enough water? try going back to one or two shakes a day for a few days then back to food and see how you get on.

good luck

might be worth doing some different type of exercising - if you swim, try running, if you go to the gym, ask the instructors to put a different routine together - your muscles get used to a routine so you need to mix it up a bit! Try squash - you'll definitely lose weight playing that!!

Have been following Rick Gallops GI Diet since refeed and i am out of the habit of binge eating which was my downfall! Have LT to thank for that because i really needed to cut out food for a while to get back on track. Lipotrim rocks!!

Thanks for all the advice guys, think i going to get a few maintenance shakes and see how i go with them! xx;)
