Hi I'm new and need advice on Indian meal!

Hi, this is my first post!

i started slimming world 2 weeks ago and I've lost half a stone already! I've been so good even though I've had 5 birthdays in the space of 2 weeks! So a few meals out!

i had an Indian last night, I had:

1 poppadum with 1 tsp mango and onion
fish tikka pieces ( came with a vegetable curry sauce separately)
half boiled rice with salad

i think I chose well, but when the fish tikka came out it was on a sizzler so was worried about the oil.

any feedback would be much appreciated!
 
I think you made excellent choices!! Yes, there'd be oil for the fish but maybe not a huge amount. There would be syns in the poppadom and mango stuff but again, not a massive amount

Personally I wouldnt worry abou it and just get on with the rest of your week - you could have done so much worse!!
 
If you have access to the SW website you can guestimate some of the syns.

You sound like you're doing fab, and want to continue with the losses, you could have your syns weekly this week & deduct last nights syns for the ones you have left until next WI.
