Hi, I'm new and need advice?

Hi all,

I am wanting to start ww but haven't got the funds until after xmas so i'm trying to do it on my own. After lots of research on the internet i have come up with my own weekly menu. Please could you tell me what you think as any advice or opinions would be grateful.
P.S. I will alternate what foods i have on what days so it doesn't get repetitive

tomatoes of all kinds are zero points.

wouldn't you get fed up of having the same lunch every weekday, it would drive me mental :D

i've never tried redbull but if you don't mind redbull sugar free i'ts zero points.

have a look round the site and you will get loads of help with recipes etc

Hi, thank you for responding. I wasn't aware that tomatoes were zero and i didn't even think about the sugar free redbull. Many thanks for your advice, i'm learning already :)

Thankyou for responding. I've just calculated it and its definitely 29 points. I'm trying to lose a stone or even better a stone and a half. Can you save your 49 weeklies and use them in one go at the end of the week? i.e. on a saturday night on alcohol :)

I'm a bit confused because you mention half points and there is no half points on propoints? Are you doing propoints or old points?

I wasn't 100% sure on some types of foods, thats why i put them 1/2 points as they sometimes change depending on what brand i use, and i was just trying to balance it out :)

you can use your weeklies when and how you want hun :)

be aware though if you use them all just before a weigh in you will weigh heavier until you're body sorts it out, so you may be better weighing say on a friday morning.

have a look at the food diary section, it will give you some great ideas and you may want to start one yourself :)

As Rosie says, Fridays may be better... i get weighed on a Friday tea time so just perfect for the more relaxed weekends!
