Step 1 Sole Source Hi im new here

Hi my name is Amanda and I have taken the step to start CD in the morning! I gave my packs at the ready for 12 weeks of sole source! I have done CD previously and list 4 stone so am hoping ur works again and that I am strong enough!!!

The first 3 days were fine but today (day 4) has been a real struggle!!!

Good luck! As you know it's a struggle but the results are worth it . I'm at my target now and achieved that in 8 weeks so hopefully you'll be on your way before too long : )
