A quick update, I have lost 7.5 lbs so far, in three weeks. Got forth weigh in on Monday, I'm hoping for two pound, seems to be what I am able to lose weekly. I don't mind not losing more because think 2 is a steady loss. In just over 4 weeks if I keep losing the way I am, I should get my club 10 award. That is definitely something to aim for. I will then set a new target. I'm doing lots of smaller targets, it seems more achievable.
