Hi there everyone i'm gonna be joining you for a week i'm supporting my dear mum.
I'm a successful slimming worlder but mum has only got ww near her and wants me to support her in her first week so i think a shake up may do me some good. im not going to class with her though but have sent of the pack just waiting for it so will be on here a lot.
is there a rough outline i can use someone said 40kcal=1pp isw that right sorry dont want to mess it up.

Hi, welcome to ww for a week! Yes you're right 40 cals is roughly 1pp, it usually works out accurate within a point or 2.

Hiya, yes 40 kcals is ROUGHLY 1pp, but you shouldn't be using it as an iron clad rule - its just for estimation purposes!

If you are just going by calories you may as well be doing a calorie counting diet!

All the info you need will be in your pack, as the exact calculations are in there. :)

Thanks ive bought a new pack of ebay im waiting for it to arrive just needed a rough guide for now so that i could start but ive bought mainly ww products which state the pps on the packets makes it easier for now. when it comes i can be more adventurous just downloaded the calculator as well so that should help x:)

Good stuff. You can get some tesco lighter options stuff as well (just check its got propoints on the box as opposed to points - some of the old stock is still in shops!)

I just wanted to make sure you were just gonna base it on that because that isn't exact for everything - quite a few of the lower pointed things (like 2/3) end up being a point higher! Its just good for guesstimating in the shops rather than having to grab your calculator or that stupid wheel thing in the ww folder :p
