1. You can now easily put an SW award in your signature/posts like a smilie. Just look for the SW award tab after you tap on the smilie face.

Hi...New Here

    Hi all, new here...have just stumbled accross the site...

    Started slimming world and have so far only lost 4.5lbs :sigh:

    I seem to start the day/week off brilliantly and then kind of go off track towards the end.

    I guess the main reason for this is i run out of ideas of what to cook/eat...

    I guess by writing it down im kind of addmitting that im not sticking 100%

    Sorry to bore you all...im now going to search the forum high and low for menu ideas...simple ones mind...im not the most adventurous cooker...lol..

    Hello and welcome.

    You'll get plenty of advice and guidance here. Have a browse through the different sections - get recipe ideas, perhaps start an online diary...it's great for keeping you on track and also being honest and admitting what you've eaten! And people are lovely, will read, comment and will help steer you in the right direction if they can.

    this site is great for helping you stick with plan when you're feeling like going a little off the rails.

    I used to be a weekend off-planner and it took me quite a while to nail it (I still fully haven't!) but it can be done :D

    Hello and welcome! I too am new and have just completed week 1.

    I've found lot's of simple and yummy recipes and ideas on here so I'm sure you will be able to get the hang of it. Be sure to write your meal plans for everyday so you can keep track of what you're eating! :)
