Hi new here ....

    Hi

    My Name is holly I'm 28 yrs old and 5foot7 and i weigh 13.11 pounds
    i have a lovely 2yr old daughter Sophie and a great bf
    we have just moved back from Spain 5 wks a go and I've started cd , this is my second time on it i lost 4 Stone the first time in 3 months ,
    i use to weigh 17 stone and got down to 12.8 so now I'm back i want to get to 9 stone
    any idea how long.... i was thinking 3 months on ss???
    id love to become friends with you on here and need a good support to stay on this
    its 4 days in and Ive lost 7lb so far so im now 13.4 so I'm happy but man i have headaches and I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day
    and i would eat the furniture lol [​IMG]

    Hello. Well done on your losses so far, you've done amazingly well to get from 17 stone to where you are today.
    As this is your second time on CD you're more experienced (and successful) on this diet than I am (am on week 4 first time round).
    Good luck to you. You've done it before and you'll do it again.

    Thanks guys for the postative vibes
    im another 2 pound down today so im well chuffed
    i had a tetra for breakfast banana bliss im in love with that one
    are there jut to flavors in the tetra or are there more
    i also love the mint choc pack and chicken and mushroom soup
    i still find it hard to drink so much water god its yuk , im now on fizzy water finding that easier
    ok off for driving lesson taking test on the 3 july omg !!

    Ooooo..good luck with your driving test. I to am a late learner. Have only restarted learning and I'm 30. I take my test on June 19th. Scary!
    I've also got a toddler, 20 months old. Love being a mum.
    I find it hard to drink loads of water too. Will try the fizzy stuff. Didn't think of that!

    hi ceri , good luck on your test , im kind of cheating im doing automatic lol
    i love being a mum to its great
    i have a god idear when you have finished feeding them i squirt fairy liquid on her leftovers so im not tempted , i find this is sucn a good idear

    I am fairly new too, have been on CD since Monday, don't know what i have lost but get weighed tomorrow (started 2 days after seeing councellor).

    Good luck with your journey - you have already had such great success.
