Hi new to this few questions

This will be the third time I will have written this out so I'm going to make it short
Thinking of doing the plan for 14 days what do people think about this
Also I have ordered my packs do they send the information about what protein and carb meals u can have
Any tips greatly received

You will get a leaflet in with your order, but you can always get support from the website x
 
There's a sticky on the Slim and Save forum 'Top tips for newbies' which I found very helpful when I started!

If you are doing t for only 14 days be aware that 5-7lbd of it are water weight and will come back on if you don't refers for another couple of weeks! And some people tend to go under target to counteract this :) good luck
 
Ok thanks I'm going to see how I get on in the two weeks and if I think I'm strong enough I will carry on, thanks for replies
