Hi new to vlcd advice please

    Slim and save
    Hi I am starting slim and save at the weekend but never done a diet like this before, so wondered what to expect and how will I get ketosis and how will I know when I am in it? Any advice and tips on what to expect and what will help stick with it would be great. I have done sw and ww before and done ok but then piled weight back on, worried I might struggle with this as it is radically different from anything I've done before, but it feels like it's my best chance

    Hi there welcome to VLCD weight loss :). If you do properly you will have an amazing weight loss. I'm following a similar plan The KeeDiet, on their website they have a really good explanation page about Ketosis and how you feel. It's good read. Go to their bottom Quick Links and then Health and it's there.

    Might help as first few days are hard, but stay focused and you'll be okay :)
