Hi newbie and 4 weeks till holiday!

U have to be fairly commited and stick to it, drink lots of water and exercise. I lost roughly 2lb a week, more in my 1st week, so if you do the same I'd say about 8-10lb? But 1 week you may stay the same... it just goes that way sometimes! But come on here for support and stay motivated and you should be looking good in ur 'kini in no time!
