Hi Newbie needing help and support

Hi my names Ali, i am desperate to loose weight and i need help and advise on what is the best route to do this. I am currently 16st 8lb and i would love to loose the 6st. but the problem i have is this, i only eat once a day and that is normally on a tea time when my kids get home, i walk to and from school which is about half a mile 3 times a day, and then there is the house work which sometimes can take up my whole day. im on a very tight budget so i cant really afford to be shopping/ cooking different things just for my self. i am desperate in to loosing this weight for i need to so i feel better in my self. I have tried diets before with out any luck for i cant get my head round the calorie counting thing and i dont have time to be measuring out things either ( i am a full time carer to 2 disabled kids as well as 2 very hyper 8yr olds.). all advice and help would be soooo very much appreciated.
