Hi struggling plz plz help

So many mobility issues nd my guy just had heart attack. Done best thing both stopped smoking. Need advice on diet. I like slimming world but on long long term sick after 3rd hip operation in 4 yrs nd now spinal stenosis. My guy needs to walk etc i can't walk far or stand long. So both wanna support each other totally. Cash not good nd he at cardiovascular rehab nxt week so see what his limitations are. Soz folks just desperate for advice as know weight needs to be beaten . thankyou kindly. Liz xxx......

Hi Liz, welcome to Minimins

Is there any advice your Dr can give you re diets? Some Dr's can refer patients to SW or other clubs for free, think it depends on area and NHS trust though. Worth asking about. good luck

What kind of advice are you looking for? SW can be done on any budget really, its quite versatile..x
