Hey there everyone!
Hope your all well.
I've just joined this site as a friend of mine use to be on it & said it was fab for weight loss support.
I'm Steph, 20 years old from Torquay in Devon.
I am 5'1" & weigh 11 stone 3lbs, I want to get to 8 stone so have quite a long way to go. I started the Lipo-Trim diet on Monday. It's been hard so far but I am stickin to it & although I am starvin, I am starting to feel better about myself already.

Welcome to the forums. Best of luck with your weight loss.

I know Torquay very well, especially the shopping centres! Used to go there shopping then have a cream tea in Poppies in the Fleetwalk (whoops!).

I have got about 3 stone to lose too.
