Hello all..
Newbie here, I'very been doing Slimming World at home (I've not joined a group or online - just googling and asking friends for info) since 1st June and lost 12lb, however, the last 4 weeks have been very up and down, lost a couple of pounds then put them back on again. I thought I was doing really well to lose that much so quickly but now starting to lose motivation.
Anyone got any advice? I was thinking about an sp week to get things moving again?
