Hi all, have been a bit absent for the last couple of weeks, really finding it difficult to keep on plan, put on half week before last then was away for 4 days and put on 1.5 this week. i know it will come off but feeling like i am cheating myself loads but cant get the motivation to do it at moment

You are right, the only person you are cheating is yourself. Ask yourself how important is it for you to lose weight? are you doing it for yourself or someone else? is it something you feel you should do or want to ? Try imagining yourself slimmer. What does that feel like. were you really hungry when you ate or was it an emotional crutch. Did you finish your food just because it was on your plate?
Basically this is about asking yourself why you are sabbotaging your weight losses. Write down some positive acheivable goals, wipe the slate clean and today NOW is the start of a new chapter.(don't wait for tomorrow because tomorrow never comes) Good luck xx

thank you for your advice
1) i am dieting for myself
2) i want to lose 2 stone this year this will get me to target
3) want to stop feeling bloomin sorry for myself and feel better about things
4) will not blame others for my sabotaging

I have sorted out my breakkie and lunches for this week and feeling much better

well lost 1lb tis week have set myself a 14 week challenge (have 2 weeks left on my countdown and then to cover new 12 week one) want a minimum of 1lb a week off so that will be the first of my two stone off that i need this year
