Hello all u lurvely slimmers,

:sign0144: I'm Magri, 27, from Surrey UK looking for a buddy up or just a chat with like minded slimmers that could encourage and give me lovely helpful tips. I'm doing the calorie counting diet as I just find this easiest to accommodate my lifestyle. Being a chef, temptation is always in my way by part of doughnuts and cream cakes. I dunno how I'm getting on tbh, my fitness pal says im doing great - Yet I feel guilty for eating and guilty for not doing any exercise - how do u shift the guilt?? x
