Hi and welcome. Don't take too many of them as not recommended. Keep to a proper diet and do some exercise and you should lose the pounds

Hi, i'm new as well and looking for support. It must be really hard for you not having your husband at home. I have been on a go lower diet for 1 week and i have lost 4lbs. I'm really pleased. The best part of the diet is the food is provided so no weighing or measureing.

I wouldn't say that any diet is any better than any other. Its more about finding one which suits you. You might find, for example, that Weight Watchers is the one for you, but that you don't get as good results at Slimming World... horses for courses.

Lipotrim and other VLCD (very low calorie diets) do work very quickly but they only work if you commit to them. Have a look on the Lipotrim boards as there are a lot of people on there who will know far more about it than I do.

Keep going - and let us know how you get on.
