Thanks guys :) it seems like this is a great 'community' to be part of. I am planning on doing low cal (like 1000-1200 a day, eating healthy foods) with 45-60 minutes of exercise a day.

I was so excited this morning when I took measurements and I have already lost an inch off my waist and off my hips. :)
