    Hi everyone I have been on Exante total 8 weeks ( did have a two week break) I am getting married in 5 weeks have lost 2 stone 3 lbs and have 11 pounds to go to target weight.my problem I's I'm getting panicky and impatient:(I've taken to weighing my self every day I know this isn't good for me as my weight loss I's slowing down and it's makes me in a terrible mood if I haven't lost anything,has anyone got any tips to avoid going on the scales too early?

    Lol I have hidden them on a suitcase at the bottom of my cupboard ,however I go swimming slit and they have scales there,I feel like an addict lol

    Weighing on the same scales is bad enough but on 2 separate sets is a recipe fir disaster

    Once a week is definitely the best way to go

    Thanks starlight its only recently I started to do it I always did it once a week before I'm going to make my self mad if I keep getting on them ,I think it'd pre wedding nerves I had a fix amount if weight I wanted to lose before the wedding bur I'm not that far away tho not sure wether I will do it,tho have to keep telling myself i look alot better now than when I started:)

    How about asking your oh to hide them? It's what I do, so the temptation is out of sight and out of mind. You're doing really well, you'll have reached target in 5 weeks if you keep going.

    Thank you smaller me I will ask him although he I's doing this diet swell so he has promised he won't let me have the scales until Saturday bless him couldn't of done this without him ,tho have to say am finding it okay no temptations ,tho we have said when we get to goal weight we are going on the gi diet to help us maintain I think that will be harder than this because you have to think and decide what to eat which I think I's more stressful than drinking milk shakes lol

    Yep mine are also hidden by oh as I am a scalesaholic and it always derails me, if I stand on the scales and it has gone up (even by 1/2 lb) I have a major toys out of the pram moment and end up eating, so now the scales are hiden and I am trying to wait to the end of week 4 to weigh this time EKkkkkkk day 8 so far and no scales it's really liberating!!! :D

    Wow well done you sounds fantastic idea tho,how excited will you be after a months lost:) I will try and do that as well tho only have two weeks of products left so maybe will leave it a week and a half then weigh because I'm really hoping I won't have to buy another months worth

    Yes I'm hoping it will be a pleasant surprise but also if I am disappointed with the loss at least I'll be disappointed only once a month not 30 times :)
