    hi everyone.
    found this site today and have made a decision to start the cambridge diet. been dieting for 2 years. have lost 8 stone so far but i've been stuck for a while. feel really positive about this. going to speak to a counsellor tomorrow. can't wait!

    got my first session with my new counsellor maggie on friday. i cant wait to start!

    diet and exercise. it was hard, but worth it. i think it will help me maintain when i get there.

    thanks, first day is nearly over and i found it ok. not hungry today but i found it a bit hard to drink all that water! drank 4 pints and had a coffee. it was lovely to meet you too. friday is fine. looking forward to seeing you x x
