Hifi bar substitutes

I love the Hifi bars but don't go to a group so can't get hold of them.

Does anyone know if you can substitue the TEsco HL ones for these?

Alpen light are gorgeous

I love theKellogs fibre plus bars. I think they are better than the hi fi's. They were on offer recently at tesco for 99p a box. They do a dark choc and almond and that is really lovely.

Alpen lights are my best friend, 2 for a B choice, they are delicious!!! and also on offer at asda and morribobs 2 boxes of 5 for £3

Aldi Benefit less than 70 calorie bar - are the same as hi-fi lights so you can have 2 per day of any flavour as a HEB or 1 = 3 syns (chocolate and orange is my fav!) x

Thanks guys- I'm allergic to nuts so have to be careful which ones I choose - think I'll look at the Aldi ones and the Alpen ones too :jelous:
