    I'm the complete opposite! I feel really tired and achey. Probably not in ketosis yet anyway because it's only the second day for me. Have got some sticks so will check when I get home!

    I can't wait until I get to that state of mind! xxx

    Ahhh crashed and burned! I could now eat and eat! Have had my shake early, and Im going to have an early night.

    Im going to see how week 4 goes, if its still only a 2lb loss Im going to go to having 2 shakes and a small evening zero carb meal.

    i am doing this now......3 plus a meal till i go away.......... like cd step 2...... meal is 350kcals.......... so total about 810 kcals........ feeling hungry and needing real food!

    When did you start that hun? Are you feeling ok on it? I lost quite a bit on 810 with CD, so think Ill see how this next week or two goes then Ill consider it if loses arent great.

    just cant control myself with real food! major blow out! boo hoo!

    real food brings you out of ketosis hence being hungry... not a good mix babe VLCD with food = disaster in my book xx
