im starting to enjoy red days already :D

everyone i know who has joined seems to prefer green to red as they feel they feel more fuller on the green i think maybe its the pasta an things you can eat which is obv more filling

I agree with Nicky, i find that red days work so much better for me, but definitely more expensive!

Hi! I like to vary my days - generally because I get stuck for ideas of what to have on red days, there's only so much meat I can face!
