Hippyloves's food diary...a new me..

    My food diary for today ....
    BF..
    Omelette with 2 tb of cream cheese & coffee with 2 tb of cream.
    L..
    Tuna with 1 cup of lettuce & vinegar mayo dressing.
    D..
    Roast chicken with creamy leeks(2tb of cream with 1/4 of leeks)
    Afternoon coffee with 2tb of cream..

    Is this menu ok I think after a few days on this diet I will become used to what carbs to have .Any help would be appreciated...many thanks..

    I think I would have not used all of the carbs for my day is that o.k .:sigh:..mmm not sure what to do.

    You've had 6 tablespoons of cream today? I thought it was 2 per day. Maybe that's why I end up throwing cream away because I haven't used it all up lol. I'm sure an expert will be along soon tell us either way.

    Thanks for the cream info I have had only 2 tb s so far..will still have leeks for dinner minus the cream..have not had my 2nd cofee yet so ..Iplanned my whole food diary ahead to get some advice ..looks like I needed it about the cream...thanks.:)

    I end-up throwing away cream, too. Can't use it up in time.

    Creamy leeks mmmm. Perhaps you could 'save up' your cream allowance over a few days to make the leek dish? Over a week it should work out the same.
