I have been doing ww and just cant seem to get motivated in to counting points and tracking everything down .
I think i need a change too like starlight so im truly thinking of doing sw and joining a meeting
It sounds a good diet plan with all the free food and just to weigh your healthy Bs and keep a count of 10 to 15 syns not much counting to do like ww i think that ww just got in my mind and it will be hard to get out of the counting points like starlight says

Good luck to you, I have just left WW and I find SW's diet so much better - takes a while to stop counting those points in your head though....
