    Just cutting back on choco/crisps etc and do some excersize everyday after work!
    I just thought I'd say Hi! I'm new and still trying to work this all out.
    I came across this fab forum a few weeks back and took a note of it for the new year and the "re"start of my healthy eating and trying to make my brain think excersize is fun!
    I want to lose 28lbs by end of April for my 26th Birthday....and then another 28lbs before Christmas!

    So reading everyones messages and knowing you are all in a similar position is going to be a great help! :)

    P.s how do I get the options that other have on the lesft handside, stating weight/diet following etc

    4lbs lighter!

    Yay 1st week of cutting back the rubbish and I've lost 4lbs!!!!!

    So happy to see my wee ticker move along abit!
