Hiya im new to the Weight Watchers diet, i was just wondering if i could have some help and advice about weight watchers i brought all the food etc but i dont understand how many points i would be allowed.

hi, if you look at all the threads in the points section which this is posted in, right at the stop there is a sticky one which has been put there by starlight to help you work out how many points you are suppose to be on it's right at the top of the page x
