Hi all. Started TF just over three weeks ago and finding it so easy. Im sick of the shakes so it's nice to know I can do other things with them so they arn't just shakes lol. Im eating loads, got some fantastic recipes and feeling great! Lost 11lbs in 3 weeks and really happy! :D
 
Well done I started last saturday but not managed to stick it 100% yet...hmmm naughty me... but still trying My problem is I keep leaving myself hungry too long
 
I've not been hungry at all, during the 3 1/2 weeks i've been doing it. The trick is to eat something every 2 hrs. I have my shake at 9, fruit at 11, stirfry or salad at 1pm, shake at about 2:30-3pm, fruit at about 4 -4:30 and tea about 5:30-6pm. I drink loads too, loads more than 2l a day but as I only ever drink water it's not something i find difficult. x
