    Hi all,

    I'm back on the slimming wagon again after seeing a video of how I was 3 years ago and how much weight I have piled on since. I had lost almost 3 stone with WW and personal circumstances and PCOS have ganged up on me...

    So I'm on a mission!

    I joined Slimming World on the GP referral scheme on 9th Feb, and after a week of eating really healthily and following the plan to the letter I had lost half a pound (and that may be cos I had lighter trousers on for WI!!)

    I know WW works for me, so I'm following the WW plan, whilst being weighed at SW, as I have 12 weeks on the plan from the GP. I've not told the SW leader yet!
