bye-bigun!
Sensibly losing :)
Morning all!
I am toying with the idea of jumping back on the tfr train... still a little undecided so wondered what the opinions are. I lost a lot of weight myself (5 stone-ish) over a period of time and then found LT. I did LT for about 7 weeks I think it was and then had to do re-feed for an operation. I have lost about 2.5 stone, some of which being during and after re-feed. Have been following normal eating plan since stopping whereby I eat what I like but I am sensible to make up for it. I have been using the Tesco bars for brekkie purely out of habit now and I really like them too which helps so all of this together is helping to keep me in check.
SO, yes the scales are not going up.. but they are not going down as quick as I would like to. I had my head screwed on right and I SO badly wanna get to my goal size now that I have hit my goal weight. The numbers on the scales are not enough. I am currently in a 14 for most things but have fitted in to a sz 12 skirt which blew me away. I would love to be a size 12 jeans but I reckon I need another stone off to be that comfortably if I am honest as I carry my weight on my bum and thighs.
I am offficially not allowed to do LT so soon after my op but my doc has given me the all-clear and I am healed fine.. and I could be doing this diet online anyway if I needed to. I am sensible and i honestly wouldnt do it if I were not ready or able.
So, i can do LT with another pharmacy, or I could do Exante but worried i wont like it. (deffo shakes only tho for me)... I have also got a few tubs of the Tesco food replacement in the cupboard as planned on doing that while recovering but never got round to it. What would you do?? I want to get back on food replacement in some form as I want the big and quick losses... i dont mind adding in a meal (as such wiith Tesco etc) but I feel the need to do SOMETHING iyswim...
I SO want to be at my size goal and I feel so empowered right now knowing that I am so much slimmer than I was and that I can go out and feel normal in clothes - its such a buzz and I want to experience that as a size 12 too!! I went in to the shop yesterday and found a size 26 pair of trousers and put them on for a comparrison pic - they didnt have y old size 28s even in stock! I put my whole body in ONE leg!! Will post up later as the difference shocked me SO much!!!
So, in my position, what would you be tempted to do? Anyone got any pref over LT or exante for instance? Which taste nicer?? I LOVED the choc LT shakes and the strawb was yum too... how do Exante compare>>>??
Thanks for any advice! xxxx
