hmmmm not all that good but hey ho

i have noty been on here for a while, got a bit sidetracked, well went to docs yesterday for 3rd weight in and lost another 3lbs, i was really hoping for at least 4lbs so it would be at least 1lbs a week but hey ho.

the doctor was well impressed and told me that 1st 1lbs in 3 months was very good and a good speed but seeing how you guys are all doing i don't think i wam really working hard enough. i have still be enjoying life just a little and maybe if i stuck to a calorie intake this would work faster for me.

i am thinking of plodding on as i am , as i have started the gym to until after xmas and then really knuckle down with the whole diet thing, maybe following slimming world again. if i can lose another 4lbs before my next weigh in i would be pleased.

yes everyone on here is different and looses at different speeds.
i dont think you should worry about it...
3lbs is great!!
your doing well, and if you are enjoying life, and still loosing.. your going great guns imo!!!!

I agree with the girlies. Sometimes you have good weeks sometimes you have bad weeks! 3lb less is still 3lb less that you have to lose :)
