Well, what can I say. I have gone and set myself back 2 weeks ... starting again now. We went away for the weekend and we ate and loved it, then i came home and did i get back on the wagon like i planned? Did i heck as like!! I carried on eating 'normally' :sigh:

So here I am, going nowhere fast - still a size 16 - what a silly cow.

I need a morale boost please people! (I caught sight of myself in a shop mirror the other day and cried like a baby)

    Love n hugs

Bless you. I know how you feel, I have done this a couple of times. I'm seeing a new CDC tonight and hoping he will put me back on track :copon:I weigh the same as I did 3 weeks ago. Get back on the wagon with me and put it behind you, just think about being slim for the summer x

oh sorry to hear that, glad you had a good weekend though. You know what to do.... get the diary and set the date, tell everyone that needs to know, this is the date! You've done it once, so you can again can't you!! Good luck

Aw, girls, you will be fine. Don't fret on the setbacks, just focus on the fact that in two to three weeks you will be a dress size smaller. A month after that and you will be another size smaller! I've gone from a very tight 16 to a loose 14 in five weeks which is pretty amazing. You CAN do it!!! xx

    Well said Chelsea Lou.
I'm in the same boat. Lost a lot in the first 5 weeks then had a long break while dad in hospital.
Started again today. Got wedding in Spain in five weeks time. Figure if I can lose another stone by then i'll be happy!
Absolutely starving today though and grumpy as hell (just ask my 8 year old!)
    IT'LL BE WORTH IT!!

    Mich x

What kept me on track was the knowledge it would be much harder to get back on if I ate something. If you stick at it, it really does get easier. Just aim to stick to it for longer this time, and then keep adding another week lol.
Good luck, you can only take one day at a time.

Thanks all of you so much - it really helped. I've knocked a bit more off and I am back on the wagon! I have worked out that if i stick to it for just 10 weeks then i will just about be where i want to be .... 10 weeks, thats all !! Surely I can do that, cant i ! I have stuck a sheet of paper on my fridge with a target date on it for being a size 12 - fingers crossed
