Holiday 7 day Challenge

Starting today as a quick fix to lose a few pounds before holiday. Not that bothered with my weight recently, just want a flat not bloated tum! Hopefully I will lose 7lbs in 7 days! doubt it though!

I've had a quick look round and I can't really see anyone posting how much they lost in a week hence me making a diary :D

Monday 22nd October

Breakfast:

Cup of tea
Strawberry Shake

Lunch:

Choc Shake
Banana (Forgot to have this mid morning, don't know if this matters?)

Planning for tea:

Haddock, small amount of brown rice and veg. No empty calories such as ketchup :)

Snacks:

3 cups of peppermint tea
Carrot & celery sticks at 4ish
water
Gym at 6.30 (not a snack I know!)

Please let me know if anyone thinks this is wrong. All encouragement welcome! ;):p
