This is more of a personal challenge than a set challenge, but my personal challenge is to lose 2-2.5lbs a week until October when I go on holiday taking me to roughly 14st which I know will leave me at a big 16 small 18.
I plan to get there using original and success express along side 60 mins exercise 5 days a week.
