We have just booked a week away in May, I'd love to get to target but would settle for low 11's! I need your help as the weight loss is so slow, so ladies please dissect my food diary and point me in the right direction.

Yes I'm not finding it hard just very slow!
Any observations/tweaks you could suggest would be welcome!
Staying within points would be a good start but knew I would go a little over yesterday!
 
Just an edit, I think lunch should be 7pp and Dinner 6pp
Also just had a caramel crunch which is another 5pp

Off to Zumba now can't believe it's only 4AP for an hour! Anyone else think it should be more?

WI tomorrow, I'll be lucky to manage a STS if the scales this morning are anything to go by.
 
I went in the bath for a long soak last night to avoid further snacking!
Managed a STS today, after a heavy w/e I suppose I'm satisfied with that!

14pp so far, no idea what's for tea, I have to take my daughter back to uni tonight so it could well be something on the run!
 
Well today has been a complete disaster!
I work in a petrol station on a Friday, *big sweetie shop* lunch just didn't hit the spot so went on the search for *something* it ended up being a big bag of jelly babies 15pp, didn't even scratch the itch!
Tea was a tesco chicken tikka masala and rice 11pp had a brunch bar just *because!* back home from being taxi driver and as I'm on my own until o/h gets home I've opened a bottle of wine!
So that's 45/26 not a good start to the week.
 
Saturday
Going much better so far!
B didn't get up early enough

Glad I didn't have the wine last night as we have visitors coming later so I can share a bottle later!

WI this morning STS again, think I've managed 1lb all month.
Really dispondant now
 
Weight loss at a complete standstill again, last time I posted this I lost a lb the following day!
Anyway I want/need to lose 14lb before we go away and instead of 14 weeks I now have 12 weeks to do it in.
Going to make a determined effort to up my water intake and increase my exercise.
